Vehicles are rented subject to the supplier's standard terms and conditions. All conditions of rentals, rates and insurance excess waiver charges are subject to change without prior notice.

Insurance (personal property is not covered)

Standard Collision Damage Waiver (CDW): Waives the renters or co-drivers responsibility for the major cost of repairs in the event of an accident. The renter only pays for the excess and towing charges if applicable.

Standard Theft Loss Waiver (TLW): Waives the renter's responsibility for the full value of loss to the rental vehicle, vehicle parts or equivalent. Like CDW, TLW is not full cover, the customer is still responsible for the excess.

Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW): A super cover with a maximum non-waiverable excess applicable in the event of collision damage to the vehicle, provided that the driver and /or co-driver is not in breach of any provisions of the rental agreement.

Super Theft Loss Waiver (STLW): A super cover with a non-waiverable excess payable in the event of theft, hijacking, stolen radio and broken glass, stolen/lost hubcaps of vehicle, provided that the driver and/or co-driver is not in breach of any provisions of the rental agreement

Factors that negate cover

• Gross negligence
• Driving under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances
• Unsuitable driving and road conditions
• Unauthorised persons driving the vehicle
• Unauthorised cross border rentals
• Not adhering to road traffic, road and driving regulations
• Failure to obtain authorisation from the supplier to extend the pre-booked rental
• Failure to report a collision to the supplier immediately
• No other vehicle involved in the collision unless exceptional circumstances apply.
• Not being able to produce the keys in the case of theft unless exceptional circumstances apply.
• Not reporting the exact details of the last known location of the vehicle prior to the theft.
• Not reporting the loss to All Seasons Car Rental or the supplier within 6 hours.

Rental extensions: Should the renter wish to extend the rental beyond the original return date, authorisation must be obtained from All Seasons Car Rental or the supplier being used. If the renter wishes to extend directly with the supplier, the extension rates illustrated on the rate grids will apply. If the renter contacts All Seasons Car Rental to extend the rental, the rate applicable to the revised rental period will apply.

Cross border travelling

• The renter may not take the vehicle across borders into neighbouring countries without prior permission.

• A valid, unendorsed drivers licence is required which must be in English
• Minimum age 23 years, no maximum
